You agree not to use PipelinePilot to:

4. Google and third-party services

If you connect Google or another third-party service, your use of that service remains subject to the provider's terms and policies. You can disconnect integrations at any time. PipelinePilot is not responsible for third-party outages, account suspensions, API changes, or provider decisions.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content and business data you submit to PipelinePilot. You grant PipelinePilot the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the service and the features you request.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, probe or exploit security vulnerabilities, use the service to distribute malware, misuse another user's data, or use PipelinePilot in a way that creates unreasonable risk to the platform, its providers, or other users.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features. We work to keep PipelinePilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Fees

If paid features are offered, applicable pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for authorized charges associated with your account.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service; address legal requirements; prevent abuse; or respond to material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time.

10. Disclaimers

PipelinePilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee campaign outcomes, deliverability, lead accuracy, sales results, or continued availability of third-party integrations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipelinePilot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
